We are delighted to announce the promotion of Cryston Smart to Bailiff Support Manager. Cryston has quickly progressed through the ranks since joining the company almost two years ago and we named her our "Employee of the Year" in 2017.

Cryston's promotion will see her support Andrew Wilson & Co's expanding network of Enforcement Agents, who work throughout England and Wales to recover outstanding debt and regain control of property on behalf of law firms, businesses, landlords and lenders.

Smart brings plenty of knowledge and determination to the job having recently qualified as a Specialist Paralegal in Civil Litigation, she comments:

"I was a trainee paralegal in my previous role and decided to continue the course when I joined Andrew Wilson & Co as an Enforcement Administrator. It's been a very busy two years of studying in the evenings and at weekends whilst working full-time, but the company has been very supportive and it's so rewarding to see my hard work has paid off."

Managing Director, Sarah Roscoe, adds: "Cryston is yet another example of the quality of the individuals we employ at Andrew Wilson & Co. We already have two in-house solicitors and as a paralegal, Cryston will strengthen this internal resource.

"At the tender age of 21 Cryston has already proved herself as a vital member of our team and this promotion is well deserved. I am confident she will apply the same determination to achieving the best and fastest results for our clients, as she has to advancing her career so quickly."

Clients can call on Cryston's expertise to guide them through the process of transferring County Court Judgments (CCJs) to the High Court for enforcement. Based at our company headquarters in Salford, Manchester, Cryston will also be on constant standby to advise our Enforcement Agents on legal matters and to share intelligence about cases.

Andrew Wilson & Co is one of the only High Court Enforcement Offices in the country that does not subcontract any enforcement work to self-employed Enforcement Agents. Retaining our own fully employed team means we are in complete control of the enforcement process and are able to ensure the effectiveness of each attendance, achieving better results for clients and mitigating risk.

It's down to the loyalty of our customers and team that we have been able to support many good causes.
